新增 AUTOSAR 4.4 P0 阶段中文翻译（22 篇文档）

模块：
- P0_General（9 篇）：分层架构、VFB、AI 用户指南、SWC 建模指南等
- P0_BSWGeneral（13 篇）：标准类型、平台类型、编译器抽象、SRS/SWS 通用规范、错误处理等

翻译统计：
- 已翻译：22 篇（约 1226 页）
- 已校对：22 篇（L1 自动校对 100%）
- 总进度：22 / 216（10.2%）

输出结构：
- index.html（主索引）
- glossary.html（术语表）
- progress.md / _progress.json（进度）
- P0_General/index.html + 9 篇翻译
- P0_BSWGeneral/index.html + 13 篇翻译
- assets/style.css（样式）
- logs/proofread_log.jsonl（校对日志）

翻译约定：
- 中文为主 + 英文括注（首次出现）
- 需求 ID（RS_*/SWS_*/SRS_*）保留
- API、宏、类型名保留英文
- 章节结构完整对应
- 每篇文档底部附带校对记录
